Refunds and warranty, explained
How D3AL handles held orders, on-chain refunds, the SuperGrok limited warranty, and when a subscription can or cannot be refunded.
Are digital subscriptions refundable?
Once a subscription is activated on your account, it is delivered in full and is not refundable, the same as buying it directly from the provider. What is refundable is an order that cannot be delivered.
Why would an order be held, and what do I do?
An order is held when payment verification finds a problem (short payment, an eligibility change after checkout, or a provider-side rejection). The refund portal shows the reason to you using the same username, handle, or email your order was placed for. From there you either wait for the team or file a refund request.
How does a refund get paid?
You choose the network and paste a payout address, and the refund is sent on-chain to that address. The request moves through review, approval, and payout in the same portal.
What if I paid but see no order?
Every confirmed payment creates an order row, so an order always exists once money lands. If you paid but closed the checkout page first, use the order status page or the payment recovery form with the payment reference from your checkout and your transaction hash. A short payment within the small underpayment tolerance is honored at the delivered amount; a bigger shortfall becomes a held order, not a lost one.
What is the SuperGrok warranty?
SuperGrok Premium orders (3 months, delivered to your account email) carry a 30-day limited warranty: if the subscription does not work as described in the first 30 days, contact support with your order reference and the issue is reviewed under the SuperGrok Terms.
Where can I read the exact rules?
The Terms of Service cover orders, payments, delivery, and refunds for every product. The X Premium gifting Terms cover eligibility and gift mechanics, and the SuperGrok Terms cover its warranty. This guide summarizes them; the legal pages are the reference.
