How purchases and fulfillment work

Choose a plan, enter the delivery identifier, pay the exact amount from your wallet. Invoiced payments get a unique deposit address with automatic confirmation tracking; direct payments are verified on-chain by transaction hash. Every confirmed payment creates a tracked order. Delivery goes through the provider's own official gifting or upgrade flow, usually within 30 minutes of confirmation. Order status is public on the order status page.

Refunds and warranty

Activated subscriptions are not refundable.
